On December 2, 2021, the Department of Health issued Official Letter No 9000/SYT-NVY on the issuance of dossiers of application for settlement of social insurance benefits for employees is F0. Accordingly, the official letter guides the form and authority to issue the certificate of leave for social insurance and how to write the content of the certificate of leave to enjoy social insurance. Specifically:

a) For employees who are F0 inpatient treatment or concentrated isolation at a COVID-19 collection and treatment facility located in a ward, commune, district or district (concentrated isolation facility F0)

- COVID-19 treatment and collection facilities, COVID-19 treatment hospitals, issue discharge papers in accordance with the regulations in Appendix 3 to Circular No. 56/2017/TT-BYT.

- COVID-19 collection and treatment facilities in wards, communes, districts (1st floor) use carpentry of the hospital assigned to be in charge as prescribed in Section 5.3, Decision 4111/QD-BYT dated 26/03 8/2021 of the Ministry of Health on the promulgation of a document guiding the establishment of a COVID-19 collection and treatment facility in the model of a 3-storey tower.

b) In case the employee is F0 isolated at home

- Medical centers of districts, Thu Duc city, and health stations of wards, communes and towns that take care of and manage F0 at home will issue a certificate of leave to enjoy social insurance according to the provisions in Appendix 7 attached to Circular No. 56/2017/TT-BYT.

- In the case that the mobile health station, To takes care of people infected with COVID-19 in the community, supports F0 care at home, the doctor assigned to directly take care of F0 will sign for the position of "KB practitioner". , CB", the managing unit is the Medical Center of Thu Duc District, City and City, which is responsible for signing and stamping on the certificate or authorizing in writing for the Health Station to sign and seal the certificate.
