Pursuant to Decision No. 134/QD-BQL dated November 3, 2022 of the Management Board of Industrial and Export Processing Zones of Ho Chi Minh City on the establishment of the Environmental Permit Appraisal Council for the project "Research Center research, development and production of high technology and production An Phuc Nguyen” of DRP Inter Co., Ltd in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park. On November 9, 2022, the Management Board of Industrial and Export Processing Zones of Ho Chi Minh City (abbreviated as the Management Board) held a meeting to appraise the report on the proposal for an environmental permit at the head office. Management; members of the council were Mr. Pham Thanh Truc - Vice Chairman as Chairman of the Council, Department of Environmental Management, experts in the field of environment and related professional units.

After listening to the report of the project investor, DRP Inter Co., Ltd. and the consultant, Nong Lam Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., the council members commented, evaluated and agreed on the information. with the condition that additional corrections are required. The project investor will edit and complete the report on the proposal for environmental permit issuance according to the opinions of the members of the Appraisal Council and submit it to the Management Board for consideration and grant of an environmental permit according to regulations.
