On April 21, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City's Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and Economic Recovery issued Decision No. 1303/QD-BCD on the set of criteria for safety assessment in COVID-19 prevention and control. -19 for activities, industries and fields in the period of safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the COVID-19 epidemic in Ho Chi Minh City.

The set of safety assessment criteria in the prevention and control of COVID-19 for activities, industries and fields in the period of safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the COVID-19 epidemic in the city Ho Chi Minh City will take effect from April 21, 2022 and replace all sets of criteria related to assessment of activities in the prevention and control of COVID-19 that have been signed and promulgated previously.

The Steering Committee on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and economic recovery in the City's Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks suggested that infrastructure development companies and businesses operating in export processing zones and industrial parks Enterprises implement strictly according to the provisions of the set of safety assessment criteria in the prevention and control of COVID-19 for activities, industries and fields in order to both prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic and ensure ensure a safe working environment for employees and help businesses recover and develop production activities.

Based on the set of safety assessment criteria in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic, the COVID-19 Rapid Response Team at the City's Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks (Quick Response Team) coordinated with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The City of Disease Control (HCDC), the People's Committee of Thu Duc city and the district where the export processing zones and industrial parks are located shall guide, inspect and supervise epidemic prevention and control at enterprises. and promptly consider and decide on the announcement of the shutdown of enterprises that do not ensure the conditions for assessment according to the safety level specified in Section III of the Criteria.

During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, enterprises should inform and give feedback to the Quick Response Team for timely guidance and support.
