Job Summary:

• Be responsible for process management of current & coming lines, models & equipment
• Be responsible for failure analysis as well as improvement for fixture/tools/machine. Provide solution & action for improvement

Responsibilities:

• Provide process engineering support to manufacturing line.
• Responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time improvement.
• Support process and equipment development for NPI.
• Responsible for process characterization and optimization, yield and quality improvement of assigned areas.
• Drive process improvement.
• Performs other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• University or above degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, or equivalent
• At least 5 years equipment experience in lithium-ion battery factory or electronics experience, with work experience in battery factory is an advantage.
• Strong engineering mindset with in-depth high volume manufacturing process and control chart details. Experience in FMEA, SPC, DOE and TS16949 system and ISO9001 system is important.
• Experience in advance energy solutions is appreciated.
• Proficient computer skills in Windows, MS Office, MS Project and Power Point.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
