On 2nd July, 2016 The People Committee of HCM City issued Decision No 3384/QĐ-UBND on a pronouncement of the Set of Construction Unit Price for HCM City area.

Attached to the Decision, the Set includes the following: Construction items, Installation items, Construction Survey, Reparation items. The set is a key basic for relating state bodies, organizations, individuals, to apply for the setting up and managing their state budget for constructions (state and non-state budget) in HCM City area.

This Decision takes effect since 1st July, 2016.
